Delete your account and data

In the app (fastest)

Open Rawaq → Settings → Account → “Delete account” → confirm. You need to be signed in; if the app asks, sign out, sign in again, then delete.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication).

All your cloud backups.

Your leaderboard entries and numbers.

Your family circle membership (your card is removed from the family).

Contact-form messages: on request by email, we delete them or remove your email and identifier from them.

What stays

Data on your phone (prayers, qada, habits, tasks) stays on the phone until you uninstall the app, or choose “Also delete my data on this phone” when signing out.

By email

If you can’t use the app, email officialrawaq@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and ask for your account to be deleted. We’ll delete the account, backups and leaderboard data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
